# 适用于 PA12 的 PolySupport™

## 打印提示
这种材料是用于尼龙（尤其是 PA12）的可断支撑材料（不可溶解）。
提示：
* 虽然可以用单喷嘴将 PolySupport™ 用于 PA12，但不建议这样做，因为在切换材料时堵头的风险会增加。尤其是在将 PolySupport™ 用于 PA12 且搭配打印温度不同的材料时更是如此。
* 必须保持干燥，因为这种材料极易吸湿。
* “避免接触打印平台”的一般建议同样适用。
* 
## 常见问题
除了尼龙 12 之外，我还能将 PolySupport™ 用于其他材料吗？
我们专门为尼龙 12 设计了 PolySupport™。不过，我们也收到了关于使用 PolySupport™ PA12-CF 产品的积极客户反馈。
不应与 CoPA 一起使用，因为它是尼龙 6 和尼龙 6,6 的共聚物。
PolySupport™ 可以溶于水吗？
不可以，PolySupport™ 是可拆卸支撑：需要机械方式移除。
这些线轴能在 AMS 中使用吗？
是的！我们重新设计了线轴边缘，因此所有 Polymaker 产品现在都能在 AMS 中顺畅转动。
不过——当使用多种材料类型打印时，我们始终建议使用多喷嘴挤出机，以帮助防止堵头。
可以使用单个喷嘴打印 PA 和 PolySupport，但在切换材料时，您需要确保将先前的材料完全清除。建议使用 IDEX 或工具切换器。
这种材料适合食品接触吗？
很遗憾，我们没有这款材料是否适合食品接触的数据。就目前而言，市场上没有任何 3D 打印材料符合 FDA 食品安全标准。这是因为要获得食品安全认证，需要认证的是实际成品，而不是基础材料。形状、使用的打印平台、成品制造环境等诸多因素都会影响食品安全认证。就目前而言，FDA 并没有为 3D 打印提供真正的认证。
这种材料可回收吗？
很遗憾，目前对于 PLA 的回收没有很好的答案。我们的纸板卷轴可生物降解，但目前还没有很好的方式回收 PLA。
**打印要求**
* 强烈建议使用双喷嘴打印机，例如 IDEX 或 Tool Changer。若使用单喷嘴打印两种材料类型，您将会遇到堵头问题。
* 需要可达到 270°C 以上的全金属热端。
除此之外没有其他要求！不需要封闭机箱，也不需要硬化喷嘴。
