# 大きいノズル = より良い層間接着

3Dプリントでより大きなノズルを使用すると、主に押し出し幅が広がり、層が厚くなるため、層間接着が良くなることがあります。ノズル径が大きいほど、溶融したフィラメントをより幅広く押し出すため、連続する層どうしの表面接触面積が増えます。この接触面積の増加により、ある層のより多くの溶融材料が前の層と融合し、造形物全体の機械的強度が向上するため、より良い結合が促進されます。大きなノズルに伴う厚い層は、造形物全体の総層数を減らすことにもなり、層間剥離や層の分離を引き起こしうる潜在的な弱い界面の累積数を減らします。したがって、大きなノズルで造形した部品は、層をまたいだ接着不良が起こる機会が単純に少ないため、層間強度が向上することが多いのです。
