# 고유 제품 질문 2025

Polymaker는 Bambu Lab AMS 같은 멀티 소재 시스템에서 자주 제기되던 문제를 개선했습니다.

바로 골판지 스풀 호환성입니다.

기존 골판지 스풀은 가장자리가 약해 자동 소재 장치 안에서 앞뒤로 반복 이동할 때 마모되기 쉬웠습니다.

그 결과 골판지 가루가 생기거나, 급지가 불안정해지거나, 스풀이 헛돌거나 걸리는 문제가 생기곤 했습니다.

이 사용자 피드백을 반영해 Polymaker는 **강화 또는 실링 처리된 가장자리**를 가진 새 골판지 스풀을 도입했습니다.

이 강화된 가장자리는 더 단단하고 매끄러운 구름면을 제공해 마찰과 걸림 위험을 크게 줄여 줍니다.

그 결과 새 스풀은 **AMS와 유사한 멀티 소재 시스템에서도 안정적으로 회전**합니다.

즉, 플라스틱 스풀에 가까운 사용성을 제공하면서도 골판지의 환경적 장점은 유지합니다.
