# 退货政策

#### 美国

* 除非商品有缺陷或发错货，否则退货运费由客户承担
* 无补货费
* 退货运费将从退款金额中扣除

#### 加拿大

* 除非商品有缺陷或发错货，否则退货运费由客户承担
* 无补货费
* 退货运费直接支付给承运商，且不予退还

#### 英国及欧盟

* 除非商品有缺陷、发错货或与描述不符，否则退货运费由客户承担
* 无补货费
* 原始发货运费将予以退款 **仅在适用法律要求时**

### 4. 如何发起退货

如需申请退货，请发送电子邮件至 [**support@polymaker.com**](mailto:support@polymaker.com) 并提供：

* 订单号
* 退货原因

审核通过后：

* 您将收到退货说明和退货标签（美国为预付费；加拿大、英国和欧盟为未付费，除非商品有缺陷）
* 请 **不要** 未经授权请勿寄回商品——未授权的退货将不予接受

**退货截止期限：** 获批退货必须在以下时间内寄出： **退货批准后 14 天内**。如果承运商未在此期间扫描包裹，退货申请将自动取消。

### 5. 损坏、有缺陷或发错的产品（所有地区）

我们高度重视产品质量——这也是 **Polymaker 保证**。如果您的订单送达时已损坏、有缺陷、发错货或不符合合同约定：
