# PolySupport™ for PA12
**专为尼龙12兼容性而设计**\
PolySupport™ for PA12 是一种可拆卸支撑材料，专为基于 Polymaker 尼龙12（PA12）的丝材而设计。它与 PA12 形成完美的接触界面，在打印过程中提供强劲、可靠的支撑，并且打印后可轻松用手拆除——无需溶剂或特殊工具。
**不适用于 PolyMide™ CoPA**\

## 打印提示
这种材料是尼龙（特别是 PA12）的可剥离支撑材料（不可溶）。
提示：
* 虽然可以在单喷嘴条件下将 PolySupport™ 用于 PA12，但不推荐这样做，因为在更换材料时堵头风险会增加。尤其是当 PolySupport™ 用于 PA12 时，若配合的材料具有不同的打印温度，这种情况更为明显
* 必须保持干燥，因为这种材料极易吸湿。
* “避免直接接触打印平台”的一般建议同样适用。
* 
## 常见问题
我可以将 PolySupport™ 与尼龙12以外的其他材料一起使用吗？
我们专门为尼龙12设计了 PolySupport™。不过，客户对于将 PolySupport™ PA12-CF 产品一起使用也给出了积极反馈。
不应与 CoPA 一起使用，因为它是尼龙6和尼龙6,6的共聚物。
PolySupport™ 可以溶于水吗？
不，PolySupport™ 是一种可拆卸支撑：需要通过机械方式移除。
线轴能在 AMS 中使用吗？
是的！我们重新设计了线轴边缘，因此现在所有 Polymaker 产品都能在 AMS 中顺畅旋转。
不过——我们始终建议在使用多种材料类型打印时采用多喷嘴挤出机，以帮助防止堵头。
可以通过单喷嘴打印 PA 和 PolySupport，但在切换时，您需要确保将之前的所有材料彻底清除。建议使用 IDEX 或工具切换器。
这种材料食品安全吗？
很遗憾，我们没有关于这种材料是否食品安全的数据。截至目前，市面上没有任何 3D 打印材料符合 FDA 食品安全要求。这是因为要获得食品安全认证，实际制成的物体本身需要被认证，而不是基础材料。物体的形状、所用打印平台、制作环境以及更多因素都会影响食品安全证书的获取。到目前为止，FDA 并没有为 3D 打印提供真正的认证。
这种材料可回收吗？
很遗憾，目前对于 PLA 的回收还没有很好的答案。我们的纸板卷盘可生物降解，但目前没有很好的方法来回收 PLA。
**打印要求**
* 强烈建议使用带有两个喷嘴的打印机——例如 IDEX 或 Tool Changer。使用单喷嘴打印两种材料时会出现堵头问题。
* 需要可达到 270˚C 以上的全金属热端。
除此之外没有其他要求！无需封闭机箱，也无需淬硬喷嘴。
