Polymaker Return & Satisfaction Policy

At Polymaker, we stand behind the quality of our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee. If your product is not performing as expected, you do not need to return it. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if necessary.

Returns (Unwanted Items Only)

If you decide you no longer want an item, you may request a return within 90 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 14 days. If the carrier does not scan the shipment within that period, the return request will be automatically canceled.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This deduction will not exceed $25 for larger orders.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or not performing as expected, you do not need to return it. Instead, contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, the fastest method is to return the unwanted unopened item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the deducted return shipping cost (up to $25 for larger orders). Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
