Our expansion into U.S. manufacturing is driven by our commitment to sustainability and continuous innovation. We’re focused on developing eco-friendly solutions and state-of-the-art materials that empower creators and reduce environmental impact, all while supporting local industries.
Currently, around 10% of our SKUs are made in the USA, focusing on our top-selling materials. This is just the beginning of our journey toward greater local production. By 2025, we plan to have 10-15% of our product line manufactured domestically, enhancing availability and supply chain efficiency.
Polymaker aims to have 70-80% of our SKUs produced in the U.S. within five years, supported by fully automated production lines. This growth will mean over 100 new extrusion lines and job creation for 100+ employees, positioning Polymaker as a leader in U.S.-based 3D printing materials.

Our core product line shown on this page is currently manufacturing in the USA, however some of our other materials are still imported while we ramp up operations.
